QSL cards. What do you think?

I was reading my friends blog and began to really think about QSL cards. There is a lot of controversy about QSL CARDS. Should they be used at all? LOTW, eQSL are all out there. I have an account at eQSL but I still send qsl cards either thru the ARRL buro or direct. I QSL 100%. I like getting the cards. I read some statements by a few well known hams that will not qsl. What do you do?

Totally agree, Jim. I also treasure the cards that I receive and many of them are works of art. I QSL 100% and always answer direct with direct. That's how much I enjoy receiving them.

I QSL 100% to all QSLs received. My "paper" QSL paper stock weight is light. However using two different computer programs, I am able to make them photographic should I choose to do so. I really appreciate e-QSL. I am not an awards seeker, therefore their acceptability is not an important matter when I receive them. I think just as much effort is expended in utilizing e-QSL as the regular mail variety. And,they can be just as creative. My e-QSL contains an illustration of a WW1 dreadnought.

Bonjour Dave F5VLT. Je serai chez vous fin de Septembre de Saint Raphael avec mon Buddistick et mon OHR txcvr QRP.

A bientot
