Well as we all know the bands are just in the tank. I still try each and every day and to my amazement there is still some good DX to be had out there. The VP6D DX-pedition was really good. Think I got them on 7 bands of good CW work. The November SS was good also just seemed it was not my weekend for contesting. Think I did about 40 or 50 Q's and was just not feeling it so hung it up this year. Looking forward to the CQWW CW test, never really go hog wild about it but sometimes there is some DX that can fill some band spots for me and it's always fun to see how well the rig preforms with all the big guns out there. The up coming holidays are almost here, so if your reading this I want to wish all of you a happy holiday season from Arizona and hope 2019 will be a great year for everyoen.

Best Regards,
Ron N7RD

Hi Ron, sure hope we've hit the bottom of the cycle and looking upward now :-) Been focusing mostly on 30m and down, those bands seem to be pretty good when the sunspots aren't cooperating :-) 73 es Good DX to ya from Sunny NC.

Great Dave, hope to run into you on those bands, yes they seem to be much better. Best of DX to you also...
