One of my other hobbies is antique military vehicles. I have an army M-170 ambulance.

The military vehicle collectors club I belong to was invited to Travis Air Force Base (Northern California) for an air show. The USAF Thunderbirds will be in attendance along with lots of displays and such. I'm mentioning this here because my shack is also the tow vehicle for the ambulance. The ambulance tops out at about 45 mph it is considerably easier for all involved if we just tow it to events that are a bit farther away.

The fun bit will be turning up at the gate with a truck that has a bunch of antennas popping out of it. It will be interesting to fire up the radio gear (if time permits) and see what we hear.
