My Ham Radio Interests
In 3 days it will be exactly 1 year since I got my ham radio license. My specific interests in amateur radio are emergency communications and providing communications at special events, however, I'm still learning and hope to get into other areas as well-like setting up a weather station, getting into WinLink, and doing some HF work. I'm currently studying to upgrade to General Class.
Other Interests
I'm a mom of 3 teens and 2 preteens; an emergency medical technician and volunteer firefighter with our local fire department, a Hospice volunteer and an amateur photographer-just to name a few.
