My Ham Radio Interests
Chasing DX, working the satellites, rag chew, building projects, digital modes.

Equipment
Kenwood TS-2000 tranceiver, Alpha 99 linear legal limit amplifier, Palstar AT2K tuner. I use a Hy-Gain Explorer 4 element Yagi, and a OCF dipole for 1.8 to 50 mhz. I use the Rigblaster Pro soundcard interface matched with a rack of Behringer audio processing for the Enhanced-SSB phone. The tower is a Rohn HBX-48 at the top of the mountain.

Update: The tornado last spring (2011) took out the explorer yagi, so I am using a dipole. I have purchased a 5 element yagi monobander for 20M's, and thinking seriously about a Yaesu FT-950 transceiver...hopefully in the next 6 month's. Currently on break from university and refurbishing and painting the tower.
