My Ham Radio Interests
I have been in shortwave since 1993 and I was a CBer from 1997 until 2008 when I finally got licensed. I am a DXer but I am shifting my interests more twords the VHF UHF modes such as SSB and Satellite and Packet. I am also interested in furthering the use of the 220MHz and 900MHz bands because we have had a history of not using what was allocated to us and losing part of the bands (such as 220-222 MHz). I am also interested in learning CW. I have about 103 countries worked and I am in the process of confirming them all so I guess basically I am unconfirmed DXCC. I am working on VUCC with the AO-51.
