My Ham Radio Interests
You could call me a 'Skip Surfer' as i am one of those that if i see something my mind starts to tick over as to what i can make out of it. This is mainly into antenna. An example of this you will see on my shack video, 'A Dress Hanger Dipole' for 2 meters. Other than that i like HF and IRLP. I have been working PSK31 for a while but due to a neighbour dispute i have had to rearrange my antenna set up. So now my MDO20 mini hf dipole can only be 3M above ground, not the most EMC freindly location but hay ho never mind. I have also put another HF antenna up, made out of a washing line and a balun, and it does work, i had two single bed sheets and a pillow case on it HI.

Equipment
My base station consists of: Kenwood TM-D710 running off a dual band coliear
Yaesu FT 950 running off a Discone for 6m and a steel cored washing line.
Yaesu FT 897 running off a ZL special 2m beam on a mydel rotator, and a MDO20 mini HF dipole.
And when i am mobile i have: Yaesu FT 7800
Yeasu VX-7R.

Other Interests
Music is one of my main interests as I write and compose my own songs,

Clubs
I am a member of the South Lanacshire Amateur Radio Club, and North West Amateur Radio Club.
